Our Agreement
The Trunk-or-Treat Participation Agreement helps event organizers plan a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for every family. It provides the information needed to assign vehicle spaces, communicate important instructions, manage traffic, and respond appropriately in an emergency.
By signing the agreement, participants confirm that they understand and will follow the event rules. These rules include keeping vehicles parked with engines turned off, providing only commercially wrapped treats, maintaining family-friendly decorations, avoiding open flames and dangerous items, and remaining in place until organizers authorize departure.
The agreement also includes important safety acknowledgments, emergency contact information, a liability release, and a choice regarding photographs or event media.
A completed and signed agreement is required to reserve a vehicle space. Because space is limited, submitting the form does not guarantee participation until approval is confirmed by an event organizer.
